We test the garments for comfortable and perfect fit by trying garments on real people,offering their advice on fit,style and comfort.This realtime style and fit testing also provides valuable tips to improve quality workmanship wherever needed.

With quality being the most sought-after parameter in a product, we take extra efforts to deliver the best. A series of quality control tests are done and our dedicated quality control team ensures that the garments are thoroughly checked before they get finally packed.

PROCEDURES

  1. Check Fabrics, Trims & Accessories as per Buyer requirement.
  2. Make Size Set sample and review in PP Meeting.
  3. Pattern Correction Based on one size-set garment measurement.
  4. If fabric shrinkage differs more than 20% different pattern should be made.
  5. Ensure fabric with accessories as per consumption okay to proceed bulk then start cutting.
  6. Cut panel inspection
  7. Approved trim card
  8. In-line Inspection
  9. Internal pre-final Audit before Final Inspection
